Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for Engagekart’s services. By subscribing to or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

2. Subscription Services

Engagekart operates on a subscription-based model, offering various plans to cater to different business needs.

2.1. Cancellation of Subscription

  • Notice Period: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, ensure cancellation requests are made at least 5 days before your next billing date.
  • Access Post-Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be incurred after the effective cancellation date.

2.2. Refund Eligibility

  • No Refunds for Unused Days: NO REFUNDS will be offered for remaining unused days upon cancellation from an existing Subscription Plan.
  • No Refunds for Downgrades: NO REFUNDS will be offered if a downgrade is requested before the end of the current billing term.
  • No Refunds for Account Closure: NO REFUNDS will be issued for any remaining balance left in your Engagekart account upon account closure.
  • Refunds for Billing Errors: If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, you must contact Engagekart within 7 days of the charge date for a review. Refunds will be granted only in cases of genuine billing errors.

3. How to Cancel Services

To cancel your subscription or any services:

  • Contact Method: Please email our support team at hello@engagekart.com with your account details and the specific service you wish to cancel.
  • Processing Time: Cancellation requests will be processed within 5 business days.

4. Refund Process

Given the terms outlined in Section 2.2, refunds are generally not provided. However, if you believe your situation warrants an exception, please follow the steps below:

  • Request Submission: Email our support team at hello@engagekart.com with your account details and the reason for your refund request.
  • Review and Response: Engagekart will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Financial Institution Policies: Your financial institution may take additional time to post the refunded amount to your account. Engagekart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Changes to This Policy

Engagekart reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed about updates.

6. Important Notes

  • Engagekart operates using the official WhatsApp Business API as a Meta Business Partner. Service fees are charged for API access, automation tools, and customer engagement solutions.
  • As WhatsApp policies and pricing may change, Engagekart is not responsible for disruptions, changes, or removals of features caused by WhatsApp or Meta.
  • Engagekart does not guarantee message delivery, as this depends on WhatsApp’s own policies and infrastructure.
